Venue Rental

Event pricing includes complete set up and tear down of any equipment or accessories, outside bar, bartender(s), bare backdrop, outdoor furniture, tables and chairs (150 people), standing heaters, table heaters, misters, fans, lights, and outdoor games. No outside alcohol unless previously agreed upon with management. Customized alcohol packages are available and can be purchased prior to event. Event price does not include food or alcohol. Outside catering is allowed but must be agreed upon before event. A deposit of 30% is required upon booking event. This is a 21 and over venue.

Alcohol and food are not included in this pricing. Catering is allowed with mutual agreement between management and client. If you would like to pre-purchase wine/beer in preparation please let us know week before event. Outside wine and beer is not permitted unless previously agreed upon. Please speak to management before day of event if you would like to bring outside wine or beer.
