At BottleShock Wine and Brew we hope to inspire and encourage your palette and adventurous spirit through wine and community. JJ and Patty Alcarez, are ready to take to the wine world and put their own spin on downtown Bakersfield’s revitalization. BottleShock has a casual and energetic atmosphere along with an 8,000 sq foot patio for friends, family, and colleagues to enjoy through every season.

Wine-based liquor is an excellent substitute for mixed cocktails, offering a unique flavor profile and wine-based liquors provide a smooth, sophisticated taste that pairs well with a variety of mixers, enhancing the overall cocktail experience without compromising quality.
